A fresh, savory wine with splendid floral, fruity, and citrus notes. Brightly colored, just as our grandparents used to make it, using the bloodletting technique, followed by maceration on the skins to make red wine.

It pairs well with all dishes, from cured meat appetizers to fried foods, pizza, pasta or soup starters, and light main courses.
