Bardolino Grappa aged 12 months in barrels
In the countryside, everything is reused.
We distill our pomace (grape skins separated from the wine at the end of fermentation and maceration) in a copper still dating back to 1921 with direct flame. The flame is produced by the previous year's pomace, already distilled and dried before being burned.
From this entirely artisanal process comes our special Grappa di Bardolino.
